This course provides a carefully structured sequence of class sessions. Therefore, attending all four sessions is important to ensure that you learn to practice the TM technique properly.
FOUR-SESSION TM COURSE SCHEDULE
Mon. Aug. 28 – IN PERSON individual training session – 75 min (see #1 under Instructions below)
Tues. Aug. 29 – ONLINE group meditation (7:30pm-8:00pm) + Online content (personal time)
Wed. Aug. 30 – ONLINE group meditation (7:30pm-8:00pm) + Online content (personal time)
Thurs. Aug. 31 – ONLINE group meditation (7:30pm-8:00pm) + Online content (personal time)

Tuseday - Thursday: Virtual via zoom
Instructions:
